- Animals must be fenced (66.65 sq ft of fenced area per small animal), sheltered, and kept 50 feet from the road and 25 feet from side lines. Chicken coops are permitted buildings.
- Only usable acreage counts; the part of the lot used for the house or left wooded is excluded.
