Using this website
This website describes the services of Triano Farms and lets you request estimates, design a coop, join our email list, and list or find eggs. The content is for general information; every build is different, and nothing here is a quote or a promise of price or schedule until we give you a written estimate.
Estimates and work
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Any work we perform is governed by the written estimate or contract for that build, not by this website.
Text messaging terms
By providing your mobile number and consenting, you agree to receive service-related text messages from Triano Farms: appointment and delivery reminders, build status updates, links to estimates and invoices you requested, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; reply HELP for help or call 973-846-1575. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Community listing board (eggs, chicks & poultry)
Our egg and poultry marketplace is a free community listing board that connects neighbors with backyard flocks near them. It is essentially a bulletin board. Triano Farms is not a party to any sale and does not verify, inspect, endorse, test, or regulate any seller, buyer, listing, bird, or egg. We make no representations or guarantees about any flock, its health, quality, pricing, legality, or any user's honesty, and we do not screen users.
The sale and purchase of eggs, hatching eggs, chicks, live birds, and processed poultry is governed by state and local laws, which differ from place to place, including licensing, labeling, and food-safety requirements. Each buyer and seller is solely responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to them, for the accuracy of their listing, and for their own transactions. You use this board and deal with other users entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Triano Farms is not liable for any listing, communication, transaction, product, or harm arising from use of the board, and you agree to hold Triano Farms harmless from any dispute between users.
Triano Farms may remove any listing at any time, for any reason, without notice.
