Consultation

Design
We design your build from the ground up, and we can put together a 3D rendering so you can see how it will look and change the size, colors, and features before we build. No kits.
Shop build
We prebuild about 80% of your coop in our shop, with premium materials and precision craftsmanship.
Delivery & on-site assembly
We deliver the sections and assemble them on your property, like a modular home, usually in a day or two.
We stand behind our work
The job isn't done when we drive away. If something isn't right, we come back and make it right, even if you're an hour out. Early on we had a run of doors that stuck after a wet spring. We didn't patch it, we changed how we build them, switched to better materials, and made sure every door is fully painted so moisture can't swell the wood. Then we went back to the jobs it affected and fixed them.
That's the standard. We'd rather build it right the first time, and when something slips through, we own it. One customer just reached out to tell us their coop is as strong as the day we set it, three years on. That's what we're building for.

How does buying a custom coop from Triano Farms work?
Buying a Triano Farms coop takes four steps. We talk through your animals, budget, and site. We design the build, often with a 3D rendering you can change. A 50% deposit starts the shop build, where we prebuild about 80%. We deliver the sections and assemble them on your property, usually in one to two days. Lead time is about two weeks after you order, and up to six weeks from March through June.
How long does the on-site build take?
Usually one day, or two for larger builds. About 80% of the coop is built in our shop before we arrive, so on-site work is setting the base level, assembling the sections, and installing the predator skirt. It goes together like a modular home, not a from-scratch build in your yard.
What do I need to do before build day?
Confirm your town and any HOA allow the build, and get permits handled (we can do the paperwork). Pick the exact spot, and make sure there's a clear path from the driveway to it, through a standard gate if needed. If the site needs grading or clearing, that gets scheduled first through our local contractors.
If any digging is involved, New Jersey law requires a call to NJ One Call (811) at least three full business days before excavation.

Will the build damage my lawn?
There may be some minor wear. Building on-site means equipment and materials come across your yard, so you may see light lawn disturbance, tire marks, some soil compaction, or a little landscape disruption near the build. We walk the access plan with you beforehand and leave things as clean as we can.
What happens if something isn't right after the build?
Call us, and we come back and make it right. Every build carries a 1-year workmanship warranty from installation, and installed components like the metal roof, latches, and automatic door carry their own manufacturer warranties. Wear, weather, predator damage, and changes made after installation aren't covered, the same exclusions any builder uses.
