Good to know

What about ducks?

Only on larger lots. Upper Freehold allows poultry buildings only as part of a permitted farm of at least five acres, and ducks fall under the same poultry rules and 75-foot shelter setback.

§ 35-402D: "No animal, poultry or livestock shelter, whether permanent or temporary, shall be located closer than 75 feet to any property line or to any dwelling unit on the same lot." Duck coops we build.
