- Farm animals are defined to include poultry (chickens, turkeys) and fowl (ducks, geese); honey bees are excluded from the definition.
- Anyone holding an older permit or waiver had to remove the animals within 60 days of that permit expiring (§ 5-18.5).
- Fines run up to $250 for a first offense and up to $500 after that (§ 5-18.6).
