Good to know
- The old sanitation code article on licensing poultry (Ch. 157, Art. XI) was repealed on 12-19-2024 by Ord. No. 1767-24.
- The license fee list in § 120-5 still shows a $50 poultry permit, but the article that granted it is gone.
- Zoning allows livestock and poultry only as a sideline on farms of 5 acres or more.
What about ducks?
No. Saddle Brook bans poultry of any sort or kind, and ducks are poultry.
