- The borough code on eCode360 has no chicken, poultry or fowl rule; searches for poultry, fowl and chicken found only floodplain definitions and a new law.
- Ordinance 2026-24 (adopted September 15, 2026) names Board of Health Ordinance 883, Section 25, Keeping of Live Poultry or other fowl for other than business purposes, and removes pigeons from it.
- The same ordinance bans harboring pigeons and drops the pigeon loft permit fee.
- Ask the Lodi Health Office for a copy of Section 25 before building a coop.
