Can you keep chickens in Borough of Haddon Heights, NJ?

- An older Board of Health section, § 496-102, still says poultry housing must be 150 feet from any dwelling other than the owner's; the newer hen article governs licensed hens.
What about ducks?
Only with a Board of Health permit. Haddon Heights' backyard license covers hens only, but its health code lets you keep poultry or fowl of any kind, such as ducks, with a Board of Health permit, housed in a clean coop with an enclosed run.
