- Coops must be dry, ventilated, painted or whitewashed, and cleaned weekly in winter and twice a week from May through October.
- Coops are inspected once a year, or sooner if someone complains, and the owner has to allow access.
- The Health Official can revoke a license after a hearing, or if the surrounding area changes enough that the coop becomes a nuisance.
