Can you repair or add onto a coop you didn't build?
Generally no. We don't carry professional engineering certifications, so we can't vouch for whether someone else's structure is sound enough to build onto. We do remove failed coops and replace them with one of ours.
If the existing run is still solid, we can often retrofit a new coop into it.
