Yes, we remove old and failed chicken coops and replace them with a coop of ours, built on-site. If a store-bought or aging coop is sagging, rotting, or getting breached by predators, we haul it away and put a stronger, predator-proof coop in its place, often in a day or two. If your run is still in good shape, we can usually retrofit the new coop right into it.

We generally don't add onto or rebuild a structure we didn't build, because we don't carry professional engineering certifications and can't honestly promise an old frame is sound. Yes. We remove old, damaged, or store-bought coops and replace them with a new coop built on-site. You don't have to deal with tearing it down or hauling it off.
Can you just repair or add onto my existing coop?
It's case-by-case, and usually we recommend against it. We don't carry professional engineering certifications, so we can't vouch for whether an existing structure is safe to build onto. Replacing it with a coop we've built to our standard is the path we can stand behind.
Can you reuse my existing run?
Often, yes. If the run is still solid, we can retrofit a brand-new coop into it, which is exactly what we did for a customer in Tinton Falls whose chickens had a new home the same day.
