Can you add electric or lighting to a coop or shed?
Yes. We build the structure, and electrical work, interior or exterior lighting, insulation and interior finishing are done through local contractors we work with and quoted on top.
Adding power or finishing a shed as a room can change whether a permit is needed, even under 200 square feet, so we plan for that at the quote.
