How much does a custom shed from Triano Farms cost?
Our three starting shed sizes are 8'x10' from $4,975, 8'x12' from $5,750, 10'x12' from $6,800.
Those prices are for the structure. A finished home-office or classroom fit-out, with electrical, insulation and interior work, is quoted with our local contractors on top.

Do you build backyard home offices and homeschool rooms?
Yes. We build the shed on-site and finish it as a real workspace or classroom, with electrical, lighting and interior finishing done through local contractors we work with.
A homeschool room is one of the fastest-growing requests from families we already build coops for: a quiet room a few steps from the house, with space for desks, storage and a whiteboard wall.
What animals do you build housing for besides chickens?
Ducks, quail, pigeons, rabbits, goats, sheep and other small livestock, plus turkey and mixed-flock housing. Each gets the same predator-proof construction as our chicken coops, laid out for how that animal lives.
Duck coops are low with no roosts. Quail aviaries use quarter-inch mesh and a low or soft ceiling. Pigeon lofts get paired nest boxes and a landing board. Rabbits get walk-in enclosures or mobile tractors, and goats get three-sided run-ins.

How much does a goat or livestock run-in shelter cost?
A 6x8 livestock run-in starts around $3,995. The final price depends on size, siding, roofing, and extras like feeders, hay storage, gates or partitions.
A 6x8 run-in suits 2 to 3 goats. Plan on about 15 to 20 square feet of covered shelter per adult goat, more if they will spend a lot of time inside.
What is in the Homestead Package?
Three builds designed as one setup: a predator-proof chicken coop, a rabbit coop (walk-in or a mobile tractor), and a run-in shelter for goats, sheep or your other animals.
We can match siding, roofing, trim and colors across every structure so the property reads as one design, and it can be built in phases.
