- The same poultry rule appears as an accessory use in the R-1, R-2, R-3, C-1 and C-3 zones, added by Ordinance 2019-3 on April 8, 2019.
- Hens must belong to the resident and stay penned; free ranging is not allowed.
- In the C-1 and C-3 zones the rule applies only to property used as a single-family residence.
- Chapter 60 counts chickens as livestock, requires a sufficient fence and bars livestock from running at large.
Finishing a homestead, tucked in by the garden
